As I step into the new opportunity represented in writing and posting my information through this blog, I have much gratitude.  I truly appreciate the wonderful folks at lightwerx media and photon.net who designed and programmed the blog and associated website for me.  Their work permits me to communicate ideas, musings, and experiences via the web.  So thank you, all, for your creative talents!

Second, a little about this blog…..its primary purpose is to be a platform for me to share my perspective of the energetic / spiritual underpinnings of what we observe in the physical world around us. 

Here in the beginning, I’m envisioning sharing a few different kinds of information.

There will be information and recommendations on living in well-being that I come across in my practice of quantum biofeedback, as well as stories and vignettes that illustrate spiritual / energetic principles underlying the physical world.   You may even find short comments from the perspective of metaphysics and spirituality about what physical scientists are discovering. 

I imagine that this information will be of interest to those interested in living in well-being as well as those curious about what lies beneath the surface “reality” that we perceive with the body’s senses. 

My intent is to educate and add-to the well-being of those who read this, and to do so in a way that is uplifting, enjoyable, and a source for amusement.
